We had an outstanding experience working with Mexpat Realtors and their property management team in Puerto Vallarta. A friend recommended them to us, and from our very first inquiry, we knew we were in great hands.

Shortly after reaching out, a team member connected with us to understand exactly what we were looking for in a property. Within no time, they provided a curated list of listings that aligned with our preferences. We then had a video call to walk through the options together, which helped refine our search even further.

When we arrived in Puerto Vallarta, they had everything seamlessly organized. They met us at our hotel and guided us through several properties we had previewed. Afterward, we sat down to discuss what we liked and didn’t like, and they quickly pivoted—sending us additional options and arranging another full day of showings in different areas. This was my first experience using Mexpat realtors for my renting experience and i cannot say enough good things about them. Luke and Ximena were so attentive, quick to respond to any inquiries and just such a pleasure to deal with. It was our first time staying in a condo at Roma 240 in Versailles area and it was very enjoyable! The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very well stocked and comfortable. The roof top pool was so nice and has a bbq for you to use. They keep the building and common areas so clean. The security staff for the building are so friendly.  We had a cleaning service supplied by Mexpat Realtors every 2 weeks for our 10 week stay and they did such an amazing job! The area has so many good restaurants close by and easy walk to groceries. We just sold our first condo that we purchased with MexPat. The closing went very easy. The team did everything to help with the closing. We highly recommend them for your real estate transactions.

Marco is awesome.  We originally found the house we purchased on Facebook and Marco did a great job finding comparables, which helped with the decision making.  He then worked with the other realtor to make everything happen, from home inspection all the way to the final signing.  He was very patient with us and the closing had to be delayed several times due to factors outside of anyone's control (and some of our own doing, turns out transferring large sums of money to Mexico isn't always straight forward), but he took it all in stride. All I can say is WOW...Outstanding service!  We have been snow-birding in Puerto Vallarta for 10 years and for the first time, rented a long-term stay at one of the condos MexPat Realtors manage.  We were so impressed with the accommodations and service provided by them.  MexPat managers were very friendly and professional; attentive to the supplies, even for a long-term stay, and were extremely responsive to occasional needs. We have rented through Mexpat before this stay.  They are easy to work with and very responsive to any needs or concerns that may arise during the stay.  We have stayed at the Quinta Del Mar condos, two different ones.  The units are well appointed those these were older units that had some interesting character.
One thing to note: you are a guest here.  The majority of owners, if they are around, are very welcoming and friendly.  On occasion you may encounter one, like we did, who felt the need to “mark his territory” even though there was no issue that affected him.  Just be mindful and all is good. I really like these guys ! My sister in law and I are from Vancouver BC , we wanted to have a small investment property in Puerto Vallarta, but we were unsure of the different areas and all the details that goes along with buying foreign properties. They started with a phone call to try and drill down on what sort of property we were looking for . Then they did a zoom meeting to show us a few properties and talk about the different areas . My sister in law and I then went on holidays for a week in PV . Marco picked us up ( he even had snacks and waters for us ! ) and drove us around talking about the different suburbs, developments etc . He had prepared four properties for us to visit . He spent so much time before we had even got there researching these properties for us and was so knowledgeable about not just the properties, but the areas and all the financing/legal obligations.
