Prospective renter inquiries

Prospective renters have lots of questions about a property. We answer all the common questions in the online listings. Renters don’t often take the time to read a property description so they ask a lot of questions, and that can make for a lot of back and forth conversation with prospective renters. We handle all the inquiries.

Check in, check out, and more!

We facilitate meeting your guests & renters at the property for check in, property & neighborhood orientation, answer questions, and we meet them at the property for check out and inspection of the property. This is important to do in person to confirm that it is only those persons listed on the reservation checking in (not a party three times the size of the reservation).

Income = taxes due

We receive the gross rental income, we pay the appropriate SAT(Federal) taxes, State taxes, City taxes, and lodging taxes. We also provide tax compliant receipts(facturas). When NET income is available for distribution to you, we withhold and pay the foreign income taxes due. You have zero tax reporting to do in Mexico, as we handle all of the taxes and tax distributions for you.

Bookkeeping & accounting

In bookkeeping and accounting we apply only professional accounting methods. Our clients receive monthly reporting with copies of all receipts, assuring transparency and clarity. We employ bilingual bookkeepers and accountants so when there are questions you can have clear answers.
