This vibrant sunset stroll along the iconic Malecón boardwalk isn’t just about fun and photos. The PV Pride Pet Parade has a heart of gold! The event raises vital funds for Puppy Paradise, a local organization dedicated to rescuing and finding loving homes for stray dogs in Puerto Vallarta. By participating, you’ll be making a splash for these furry friends while enjoying a memorable evening.

The parade route kicks off at 6:00 pm from Lázaro Cárdenas Park in the Romantic Zone. From there, furry companions and their humans will embark on a scenic loop along the Malecón, passing the Cuale River and the iconic Los Arcos before returning to the starting point.
Here’s where things get exciting! The PV Pride Pet Parade encourages creativity. Dress up your pet in an elaborate costume, don your most dazzling rainbow gear, or let your imagination run wild! Let your pet’s personality shine and add to the kaleidoscope of colors and joy flooding the Malecón.

To show your support for Puppy Paradise, organizers suggest a kind donation of 200 MXN or more to the Yvonneka Foundation when registering for the parade. This ensures that 100% of the proceeds go directly towards caring for, rehabilitating, and rehoming Puerto Vallarta’s homeless pups.
