Property maintenance or full renovation facilitation

In a tropical climate, ongoing maintenance is a must. We work closely with many vendors that can handle the small and big jobs, including large renovations. Pre-vetted electrical, painting, plumbing, engineering and architecture, interior designers, masonry, tile, carpentry, cabinetry, window coverings, furniture restoration & reupholstering.

Gardening, landscaping, ongoing plant care

We also offer ongoing plant care with our property maintenance services. For your larger projects, we’ll have a personal landscaper/gardener on staff.

Maid service & supplies

We have full-time maids on staff to provide cleaning services as needed at your private home or vacation rental property. Monthly we take an inventory check of your property and purchase/resupply basic items such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning equipment such as mops, laundry soap, drinking water and other such items used routinely.

Pool maintenance

We facilitate routine pool maintenance with pre-vetted vendors and purchase of supplies as needed.

Appliance repairs

Humid climates, like the ones experienced regularly in places such as Sayulita and Nuevo Vallarta, require much more ongoing maintenance to all in home appliances and air conditioners. We have a variety of pre-vetted vendors we use for these various varying needs.

Fumigation

Our temperate climate and beautiful setting of Bucerias is also perfect for lots of bugs and insects – some of which destroy furniture, take over kitchens, are poisonous or problematic. With the consultation and authorization of the property owner we can facilitate regular fumigation services with pre-vetted vendors.
