properties that are available that match your descriptions. (ALL INFORMATION IS 100%
CONFIDENTIAL, Your assigned Real Estate Agent and Client Relations Manager will be the
only two people whom will be reviewing this data).

The majority of people from whom we receive inquiries about purchasing real estate in Mexico are 1 or 2-5 years out for purchasing. In actuality that is the case in 60%+ of all the inquiries we receive. So if this is your timeline THAT IS OK. There is a lot to think about, work through and consider, starting the conversation now and taking a look online, (or in person if you would like) is a good place to start to give you perspective! Financial Readiness, Price Range Considerations and Mortgage Options

Please take the following into consideration, property taxes are very very low in Mexico, for a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath house with a pool in a nice area can be as low as $175.00 USD a year, as a result closing costs are higher than in the USA /Canada. Average closing costs to all the various government entities is about 5% of purchase price (this number can sometimes be higher or lower depending on the subject property).

Real Estate Prices & Currencies

You can make an offer in USD, CAD or MXN, however our Multiple Listing System in this geographic area has all prices listed in USD. Most owners from USA will require payment in USD. Most owners from Mexico will accept MXN or USD. Most owners from Canada will accept CAD or USD. Ultimately this currency that you choose to make an offer in, can be negotiated, but all property prices are listed in USD.
