Master bedroom is very spacious with private full bathroom, balcony, king size bed + queen pull down very comfortable murphy bed. Desk working space also located in master bedroom.

Guest room has two twin beds and attached full bathroom.

Living room we can place one single bed.

Crib and high chair available upon request.

Nous nous devions d'inclure un restaurant situé à Puerto Vallarta ! Nous avons trouvé El Dorado en nous promenant dans la belle ville de Puerto Vallarta et j'en suis ravie. Brunch, déjeuner, dîner, tout en regardant l'océan et les sites de PV. Vous pouvez prendre un Uber ou un service de voiture pour vous rendre au restaurant depuis notre maison.

Excursions

Sayulita

Située à environ une heure de Nuevo Vallarta, la ville pittoresque de Sayulita. On y trouve des restaurants, des boutiques et de belles plages. Cela vaut la peine de faire le voyage pour explorer les rues de Sayulita.

Bucerias

Bucerias est une ville voisine de Nuevo Vallarta. Vous vous sentez motivé ? Marchez le long de la plage vers le nord et vous tomberez nez à nez avec Bucerias. C'est une ville merveilleuse avec des gens sympathiques, des magasins et de nombreux restaurants.

Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta se définit par le charme naturel de ses plages entourées par les montagnes de la Sierra Madre, l'essence de sa culture, de sa gastronomie et de ses traditions, et la chaleur et l'hospitalité d'être accueilli comme un ami. Other Things To Note

We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.

Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out.

Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM.

We do not offer check out past 11AM.

Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM.

Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis.

After Hours Check In Policy:
Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier.

Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM.

If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival.

If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations.

Getting Around

For getting around download the Uber app, and drivers can pick you up and drop you off at the house or anywhere for cheap! You can also do the same with Indriver app. You will also find private driver options on your registration form. Local Taxi service is also an option, or public bus service, but these are more challenging to us vs applications on your phone.
