Ciudad de M\u00e9xico lider\u00f3 las ventas el a\u00f1o pasado (39%), seguida de Guadalajara (17%) y Monterrey (9%). Mazatl\u00e1n experiment\u00f3 un crecimiento particularmente r\u00e1pido, con ventas que se duplicaron anualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La escasez de oferta ha provocado un aumento dram\u00e1tico en los costos de alquiler en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con Inegi reportando un aumento del 21.4% desde diciembre de 2018, el mayor aumento bajo la administraci\u00f3n actual. Las medidas de control de alquileres, aunque pretenden ayudar, est\u00e1n generando preocupaciones sobre la posibilidad de limitar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la disponibilidad de propiedades en alquiler.
