Este panorama optimista fue compartido por Mario Romo Alarc\u00f3n, actual presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la inauguraci\u00f3n del Trig\u00e9simo Segundo Foro Inmobiliario en Expo Guadalajara, Romo Alarc\u00f3n destac\u00f3 la resistencia y vitalidad del mercado inmobiliario. \"La gente no ha dejado de rentar o comprar casas. La demanda sigue siendo alta y los desarrolladores buscan constantemente formas innovadoras de ofrecer mejores soluciones de costo en sus desarrollos\", dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de la subida de los precios del alquiler, la ciudad sigue experimentando una fuerte actividad alquiladora. \"Es impresionante observar el impulso en los sectores de preventa y venta. Hemos notado importantes inversiones inmobiliarias, predominantemente en las zonas de Moderna, Andares y Providencia\", detall\u00f3 Romo Alarc\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el presidente de la AMPI cree que hay margen de crecimiento y mejora, especialmente en lo que se refiere a hacer que la vivienda sea accesible y sostenible. Romo Alarc\u00f3n abord\u00f3 un reto cr\u00edtico para la ciudad: \"Tenemos que intensificar nuestros esfuerzos para promover la sostenibilidad en la vivienda.
