Cette loi, ratifi\u00e9e il y a plus de deux mois, vise \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique des transactions immobili\u00e8res dans l'\u00c9tat de Jalisco, y compris dans la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre ville de Puerto Vallarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce r\u00e8glement introduira un syst\u00e8me rigoureux de pr\u00e9vention des fraudes, renforcera la professionnalisation des conseillers immobiliers et des vendeurs, et \u00e9tablira un registre complet. M. Alvarado a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \"D'ici 180 \u00e0 200 jours, le processus de mise en conformit\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre achev\u00e9. L'une des caract\u00e9ristiques uniques de la loi est l'accent mis sur la distinction Pro-Int\u00e9grit\u00e9.
