Mario Romo Alarc\u00f3n, pr\u00e9sident en exercice de l'Association mexicaine des professionnels de l'immobilier (AMPI), partage ce point de vue optimiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S'exprimant lors de l'inauguration du trente-deuxi\u00e8me forum immobilier \u00e0 l'Expo Guadalajara, M. Romo Alarc\u00f3n a soulign\u00e9 la r\u00e9silience et le dynamisme du march\u00e9 immobilier. \"Les gens n'ont pas cess\u00e9 de louer ou d'acheter des maisons. La demande reste \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les promoteurs cherchent constamment des moyens innovants pour offrir de meilleures solutions en termes de co\u00fbts dans leurs projets\", a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la hausse des prix des loyers, la ville continue de conna\u00eetre une activit\u00e9 locative soutenue. \"Il est impressionnant de constater le dynamisme des secteurs de la pr\u00e9vente et de la vente. Nous avons remarqu\u00e9 des investissements immobiliers significatifs, principalement dans les zones Moderna, Andares et Providencia\", a expliqu\u00e9 Romo Alarc\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, le pr\u00e9sident de l'AMPI estime qu'il y a encore de la place pour la croissance et l'am\u00e9lioration, notamment en ce qui concerne l'accessibilit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 des logements.
