El joven abogado proviene de un entorno pol\u00edtico mayormente inclinado a la izquierda, pero se dice que tiene una mentalidad pro-capitalista de riesgo teniendo en cuenta que ha sido un empresario desde los 17 a\u00f1os y ha encabezado Grupo Alica; un conglomerado con participaciones en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, bienes ra\u00edces, refrescos, y concesionario de autom\u00f3viles fundado en 2013. No hace falta decir que Echever\u00eda gan\u00f3 las elecciones por m\u00e1s de 62.700 votos, lo que se traduce en unos 11 puntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 le depara el futuro al estado de Nayarit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe preguntarse, y de momento s\u00f3lo cabe imaginar. Pero si nos empe\u00f1\u00e1ramos en este reto \u00bfpor d\u00f3nde empezar\u00edamos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos falta?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incentivos fiscales para las empresas industriales: M\u00e1s empleos que no sean tur\u00edsticos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s instituciones financieras que ofrezcan financiaci\u00f3n tanto para el sector inmobiliario comercial como para el desarrollo tur\u00edstico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejores pr\u00e9stamos a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s centros de ense\u00f1anza superior y preparatoria de 2 a\u00f1os orientados a la tecnolog\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s cooperativas agrarias para representar a los peque\u00f1os agricultores independientes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s supervisi\u00f3n gubernamental sobre las organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro que comercian con poblaciones ind\u00edgenas como los indios huicholes y coras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:  <a href=\"https:\/\/vallartalifestyles.com\/gdl-pv-highway-could-be-ready-this-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/vallartalifestyles.com\/gdl-pv-highway-could-be-ready-this-year\/<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/vallartalifestyles.com\/gdl-pv-highway-could-be-ready-this-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.worldhighways.com\/wh10\/feature\/mexicos-new-jala-puerto-vallarta-highway<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las autopistas de peaje privadas en M\u00e9xico se desarrollan a trav\u00e9s de capital corporativo privado que permite al Gobierno licitar contratos y luego cobrar una concesi\u00f3n que se paga anualmente durante un per\u00edodo de 20 a 50 a\u00f1os. El desarrollo urbano que se lleva a cabo dentro de un estado recibe subsidios federales, pero debe ser solicitado por las administraciones estatales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como muchos supondr\u00edan, la pol\u00edtica a menudo puede tener un gran impacto en el desarrollo urbano y la infraestructura de la Riviera Nayarit en M\u00e9xico. En la actualidad, los Gobiernos estatales tienen poco que ver con la inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria comercial y m\u00e1s con el desarrollo urbano y la planificaci\u00f3n.  En el caso de Nayarit, por ejemplo, el mayor proyecto en t\u00e9rminos de infraestructura ser\u00e1 la nueva \"Super High-way\" o carretera de peaje que conectar\u00e1 Guadalajara a Puerto Vallarta a trav\u00e9s de una serie de 3 grandes t\u00faneles (El Guamuchil, Bueyes, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> se desconoce) y el \"Puente de Las Truchas\", todos ellos construidos con pavimento muy compactado. La carretera tendr\u00e1 una longitud total de 179 KM (111.225 Millas) con 4 carriles transversales (39 pies de ancho total) lo que reducir\u00e1 el tiempo de viaje a la mitad permitiendo a los viajeros hacer el viaje en \u00a12 horas 30 minutos!  Esto tendr\u00e1 un gran impacto para la regi\u00f3n de Vallarta Nayarit, creando una gran atracci\u00f3n para las familias de altos ingresos de la regi\u00f3n del Baj\u00edo, que se compone principalmente de Aguascalientes, Altos de Jalisco, Guanajuato y Quer\u00e9taro. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Grupo Carso es el encargado de desarrollar esta \u00faltima fase, que consta de 86 kil\u00f3metros e integrar\u00e1 tres t\u00faneles con sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n y altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad. Hasta el momento, dos de estos tres espectaculares t\u00faneles presentan grandes avances y sus principales caracter\u00edsticas son:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"El Guam\u00fachil\"<br>Situado muy cerca de un pueblo de Riviera Nayarit que comparte su nombre, la longitud de este t\u00fanel ser\u00e1 de 1.100 metros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"Bueyes\"<br>Con 540 metros de longitud, este t\u00fanel pasar\u00e1 muy cerca de Sayulita, Nayarit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El tercer t\u00fanel a\u00fan no tiene nombre oficial ni longitud confirmada, pero pasar\u00e1 justo al lado de El Guam\u00fachil.Adem\u00e1s, contin\u00faan los avances en el puente Las Truchas, una infraestructura de 300 metros de longitud y 75 metros de altura que conectar\u00e1 Las Varas con Compostela, Nayarit.
