La ley, ratificada hace m\u00e1s de dos meses, busca solidificar la certeza jur\u00eddica para las transacciones inmobiliarias en Jalisco, incluyendo el reconocido Puerto Vallarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este reglamento introducir\u00e1 un sistema riguroso para prevenir el fraude, reforzar\u00e1 la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los asesores y vendedores inmobiliarios y establecer\u00e1 un registro exhaustivo. Alvarado declar\u00f3: \"En un plazo de 180 a 200 d\u00edas, el proceso de cumplimiento deber\u00eda estar completo. Se crear\u00e1 un registro espec\u00edfico en el que se inscribir\u00e1n quienes posean la formaci\u00f3n requerida y hayan demostrado poseer los conocimientos esenciales para orientar a los consumidores de forma competente.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de los avances en Jalisco, una notable preocupaci\u00f3n surge del vecino Nayarit, que carece de una ley comparable. Dada la vinculaci\u00f3n metropolitana de Puerto Vallarta y Bah\u00eda de Banderas, Alvarado ha expresado su preocupaci\u00f3n a las autoridades estatales. Dada la naturaleza entrelazada de estas \u00e1reas metropolitanas, enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de evaluar formas de apoyar y posiblemente incorporar profesionales de la regi\u00f3n al registro de Jalisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gabriela C\u00e1rdenas Rodr\u00edguez, diputada de Movimiento Ciudadano y promotora clave de esta iniciativa legislativa, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este desarrollo normativo en 2021. Una caracter\u00edstica \u00fanica de la ley es su \u00e9nfasis en el distintivo Pro-Integridad. Las asociaciones inmobiliarias que cuenten con este distintivo se adhieren a una pol\u00edtica bien definida que abarca elementos de autorregulaci\u00f3n y controles internos dise\u00f1ados para reducir los riesgos de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jalisco es un actor importante en el panorama inmobiliario nacional, ocupando el tercer lugar en demanda de diversas propiedades, desde terrenos residenciales y comerciales hasta industriales disponibles para venta o renta. El sector inmobiliario impacta significativamente en la econom\u00eda, representando 12.8% del Producto Interno Bruto. Sin embargo, se estima que 10,000 asesores inmobiliarios independientes operan en Jalisco sin las certificaciones adecuadas o afiliaci\u00f3n a alg\u00fan registro profesional.
