Para ello, el art\u00edculo 65 de la Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor establece que para la venta o preventa de un servicio de tiempo compartido, s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 realizarse cuando se registre ante la PROFECO el contrato de adhesi\u00f3n, el cual deber\u00e1 contener los requisitos antes mencionados, as\u00ed como lo establecido en la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-029-SCFI-2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"298\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/mexpatrealtors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/postt.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15561\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mexpatrealtors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/postt.jpg 298w, https:\/\/mexpatrealtors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/postt-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 298px) 100vw, 298px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO PRESENTAR UNA DENUNCIA SI RESIDE EN EL EXTRANJERO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La PROFECO cuenta con un Departamento de Conciliaci\u00f3n para Residentes en el Extranjero (CARE), su funci\u00f3n principal es proteger los derechos de los consumidores extranjeros que hayan contratado un bien, producto o servicio con un proveedor domiciliado en la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana, por lo que es necesario que env\u00ede la documentaci\u00f3n (factura, ticket, y\/o estado de cuenta) con la que acredite la relaci\u00f3n comercial con el proveedor e identificaci\u00f3n oficial (pasaporte) a la cuenta de correo electr\u00f3nico: extranjeros@profeco. gob.mx, para que dicha Unidad Administrativa est\u00e9 en condiciones de analizar su inconformidad y determinar si procede su reclamaci\u00f3n; en el correo electr\u00f3nico deber\u00e1 especificar la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Nombre, direcci\u00f3n, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y correo electr\u00f3nico. <br>2. Nombre y direcci\u00f3n del proveedor o prestador de servicios tal y como aparecen en el vale o en el recibo emitido. <br>3. Descripci\u00f3n del motivo de su reclamaci\u00f3n, incluyendo el bien o servicio que reclama, informando clara y brevemente de los hechos ocurridos, la fecha de compra o contrataci\u00f3n, el precio total del bien o servicio y el importe reclamado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQU\u00c9 ES EL APROVECHAMIENTO POR TURNO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Consiste en poner a disposici\u00f3n de una persona o grupo de personas, el uso, goce y dem\u00e1s derechos que se pacten sobre un bien o parte del mismo, en una unidad variable dentro de una clase determinada, por periodos previamente convenidos, mediante el pago de una cantidad, sin que se transmita la propiedad en el caso de bienes inmuebles, con fundamento en el art\u00edculo 64 de la Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor \"Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO SE ADQUIERE LA MULTIPROPIEDAD?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden adquirirse por semanas, lo que se conoce como intervalos o propiedad vacacional; son los tipos de ocupaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s comunes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Semana y unidad fija: El comprador recibe y puede utilizar un condominio espec\u00edfico, en una semana determinada, cada a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de tener la posibilidad de disfrutar de una semana de vacaciones en el destino elegido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Derecho de uso: La propiedad del desarrollo la mantiene el proveedor. El comprador obtiene el derecho a utilizarlo durante un n\u00famero determinado de a\u00f1os y al final del plazo los derechos vuelven al proveedor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Clubes vacacionales o programa de puntos de recompensa: Los miembros del club compran puntos, que se utilizan como moneda de cambio para acceder a diferentes tama\u00f1os de habitaciones, temporadas o n\u00famero de d\u00edas en las distintas promociones afiliadas al proveedor o prestador intermediario. 4.
